growing up, i never realized how cool it was to have a “rockstar dad”…
at least, that’s what all my friends would call him… i just saw my dad as my dad.
as i get older, i realize just how cool it is… i mean, my dad is still my dad! but i have been able to recognize and appreciate the real blessing it is to have a dad who has built an entire life around his passion for music. a father who freely offers guidance and encouragement, speaking into the reality of the incredibly difficult, yet incredibly fulfilling path it is to be an artist.
i’m so excited to be sharing this conversation with you. for you to also to get some of my typical “dad advice”… anyone who is passionate about something & wants to have the freedom to live it out should listen in.
